Five arrested in Ya Ba and ice busts in Chonburi

CHONBURI:-- Drugs suppression officers have announced five arrests in two cases of gangs selling Ya Ba and ice or amphetamines. Four kilos of ice and 700,000 Ya Ba were seized in total.

In the first case Wirapong Tanoo, 27, was apprehended when police say they found 678,000 Ya Ba tablets and two kilos of ice hidden in a brown Volkswagen van with Chiang Rai plates, reports Daily News.

In the second case Saknarong Simpiboon, 30, Ratri Bunganha, 35, Nakin Feuangsiri, 23, and Nawapon Mataya, 20, were rounded up in the car park of the Megahome store in Sri Racha, Chonburi along with 18,000 Ya Ba, a car, two bikes and seven phones.

All have been charged with possession of class one drugs with intent to sell.

As the investigation widened officers also seized 40,000 Ya Ba and 2 kilos of ice from an address in Pahonyothin Road, Bang Pa-In, Ayuthaya province.

It must be students' rag week again with the ' How many Cops Can be Squeezed Into A Photo ? ' stunt.

The main point in all these posed photos is that many of the BIB shown were nowhere near the actual arrests etc but seniority demands they get to have their picture taken. Officers involved in undercover work shouldn't be posing anyway.

It looks like it was a class reunion picture and the poor shmucks and their haul got in the way.....

This country is riddled with the worst drugs you could think of.in 10 yrs time it's going to be a hell hole of messed up people.if they ain't mad enough now,they will be in the future.whats fuelling it is corruption and the bleak future of most of the youth.the death sentence wouldn't deter them as they don't think of what happens tomorrow.sad thing too is there are so many very low educated who get suckered into the trade and end up in jail while the mr big walks.
