webfact Posted April 14, 2016 Share Posted April 14, 2016 NRSA adjusts work plans in case draft charter passes public referendumBANGKOK, 14 April 2016 (NNT) - The National Reform Steering Assembly has adjusted its work plans to accommodate an outcome in which the new draft Constitution passes the public referendum.First Vice President of the NRSA Alongkorn Ponlaboot, said on Wednesday that the reform assembly has less than 10 months remaining in office and if the new draft charter is approved in the public referendum, a new organization will be set up within 120 days after it comes into effect.With such a case, Mr. Alongkorn said that the NRSA Whip has decided to adjust the assembly’s reform plan by asking each of the 11 committees to propose three major reform initiatives and to coordinate with the Four Rivers to ensure cohesiveness.He added that the NRSA will organize a seminar on April 29 and 30 in Cha-am to brainstorm ideas related to national reform, which need to be achieved during the remainder of its time in office.-- NNT 2016-04-14 Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
chainarong Posted April 14, 2016 Share Posted April 14, 2016 (edited) "In case the Charter passes public referendum" , say's it all , they have been mucking about for months on this Charter and they aren't sure whether it will pass muster, one must also ask who is going to scrutinize the vote count , independent academic's or are we a total military outfit that will just go through the motions and declare a yes vote win , not everyone is dumb General......................................................
