Single Entry Visa Question

hi everyone

my situation is the following:

1. i was in BKK for a little over a month (got an extension to my 30 days entry permit, not a visa, but arrival stamp)

2. left Thailand 2 days ago.

3. went to Kuala Lumpur and got a single entry visa today.

i would like to go to Phuket now (via BKK) for another few days, my question is:

- how soon can i enter Thailand again? my visa is valid from today on.

i realize this may be a dumb question but there are countries where you have to stay out a certain period of time before re-entering.

Today. If they give you the visa you can use it. Only if you have more than a few in a row would questions be asked.

The tourist visa enables a 60 day stay, and it is extendable by another 30 days.
