Any sensible way of accident insurance/occasional Myanmar gardener

Not only gardener, solid all-round man dancing on 2.floor roof doing repairs. No permanent employment anywhere.

Used to employed in a hotel as gardener a number of years, Quit the job on own initiative. Here legally many years, married to a Thai woman. She also quit in the same hotel as cleaner, Boss issues, unemployed presently

For us he works a few hours per months. Still, I want him to be accident insured .

Any way to get him into normal Thai worker insurance? If not , other options?

PS before the usual bashing starts, I know what I'm doing and where to draw the line
