I am a holder of a Republic of the Philippines Passport ofcourse a Filipino, I am coming to Bangkok this coming December 28, 2006... I already booked a flight on the way to Bangkok and back to the Philippines, just want to know what should I need for my Entry Stamp Visa...As I have read in the Thaivisa info, Filipinos are exempted to apply a visa to Thailand adn can stay there for 30 days... should I also need a cash amounting to 10,000 Thailand Bht before entering Bangkok...

Never heard of anyone being asked at the airport( with the exception of one case, a year ago, a frequent visa runner was asked "How he was supporting himself." Regardless, you will need money anyway to live.

Be aware, if you are coming for work. It will be the absolute worse time as thousands of Philippines will be out of work then. Some estimates it is close to 50,000. Many cannot find a sponsor for a work permit and do not want to return to the Philippines. Some will work for next to nothing, just to stay.( They are making 8k a month, paying a school for a educational visa 18K for 90 days, leaving them 2K a month salary for 3 months)

My purpose of coming to Thailand is just o spend my holiday with my british boyfriend... he just want to me to see Thailand, he have been here to our country but he doesn't like the place...his gonna be the one to spend althrough out my travel, it's my first time to travel abroad that's why i just want to be sure of what documents should I need...please help me...
