If you order frozen goods (or a mix of frozen and dry) then your order will be packed in a foam box with dry ice and then put into a cardboard box. All will be packed professionally and arrive in perfect condition with everything still frozen.

So for first time Passion Box orders we will reduce the minimum order to 1990 baht (before delivery charges).

Regarding delivery slots, if the option is available to us we will instruct the logistics company to deliver your Passion Box order before midday.

We can schedule your delivery to arrive any date apart from Sunday. We send it by 4pm on day 1, you will receive it usually by midday on day 2.

Once you place your order, we will check your post code and then advise you if we can deliver it before midday.
