BAAC sets aside 16 billion baht to help farmers and farmer’s groups

BANGKOK: The board of the Bank of Agriculture and Agricultural Cooperatives has decided to set aside more than 16 billion baht budget to implement three projects aimed to help farmers and to stabilize the price of paddy for 2016-17 production.

Historic mosque re-opens, 23 years after being destroyed in the Bosnian war

It was a masterpiece of 16th-century Ottoman architecture until it was blown-up by Serbs during the Bosnian war. The Ferhadija mosque has been revived to its previous glory and opened in an official ceremony in the capital of Bosnia’s Serb region.
