no and no. the station is Saphan "Taksin" (not Thaksin) different pronunciation in thai. Taksin is the name of one of the Kings of Thailand. he was in fact the only king that reigned while the capital of thailand was (very breifly) situated in Thonburi (the other side of chaophraya)
