ICT Ministry to hold Digital Thailand 2016

BANGKOK, 19 May 2016, (NNT) - The Ministry of Information and Communication Technology (ICT) will organize Digital Thailand 2016 next week, in accordance with the government's digital economy policy.

According to ICT Minister Uttama Savanayana, the international fair will feature exhibitions from various agencies from the communications, education, monetary, banking and government sectors. He said the event would demonstrate Thailand's capacity in implementing digital technology in these sectors.

Participants would be introduced to new digital innovations for medical purposes, learning and agriculture, to name a few.

The Digital Thailand 2016 will be held from May 26 - 28 at the Sirikit National Convention Center in Bangkok.

I have been to these types of government sponsored ICT conferences.
