How many days "Visa Exemption" (Non G7 countries) when arriving at a seaport

30 days "Visa Exemption" via an airport, and 15 days over land. That is clear.

How many days when arriving via a seaport? e.g. after a cruise.

15 or 30 days?

Most official documents say border and does not define it as being by land or sea. They apparently don't consider flying in as a border since you land within the country.
