Cheapest Rents In San Kamphaeng

Featured Replies

Hey, Im looking for some advice with regards to finding a very cheap room to rent in San Kamphaeng. I will be training at Santai for 6 months minimum. Trying to find a place for about 1000baht a month. As long as it has a bed, toilet, water and a plug socket im happy.

Please help

Thanks

Not sure you'll find anything for 1,000 baht, cheapest iv'e ever heard of in that area is 1,500 baht and that is for Thai's, there is an apartment block on the way down to Santai which is probably fairly cheap but still too far to walk to Santai, best bet is too drive round the immediate area to look for properties / apartments.

Maybe someone might sublet a room

Ask and someone might have one

Thats true, 1500 a month aint bad as well & it will be hard to find someone who sublets not knowing the lanuage. The thing is i have to sacrifice a proper place to stay for food, water and training.

Do they have dorms where you're going to train? If not, find someone else training there (or somewhere else close by) and see if you can get a room share going. Your gym would probably be the best source of information, may even know of some locals who would rent out their spare bedroom.

Just a thought.
