Administrative Court rejects Spring News requested injunction

PHUKET: -- Chalong Municipality could have been a pier shuttle bus less today (May 26) when heavy winds blew one to the edge of a section of the pier with no railings leaving it dangling on the edge at its tipping point. Luckily there was nobody was on board at the time of the incident.
