So my key takes of the "tightening up" of the initial visa application and issue process are i. the 500,000 Baht or equivalent must be seasoned for 3 months. (previously no seasoning) ii. if applying on the grounds of attending a course, the course must last at least 6 months. (previously no minimum course length) iii. if applying on the grounds of medical treatment, the treatment must last at least 6 months. (previously no minimum treatment length) I would add the source above is a private legal firm not the MFA. -
