An MD is only one type of doctor and he is not representing himself to be a medical doctor. It is possible to earn a doctorate (or PhD) in many different fields and sometimes holders of those degrees preface their names with a "Dr". According to his Linked-In page, he is a Chiropractic Doctor trained at the Texas Chiropractic College and additionally is a Sensei, Meta-Physician, Oneness Blessing Deeksha Giver, Author, and is able to apply Quantum Physics to health and consciousness. Sounds legit to me.

The key point is that he is not representing himself to be a medical doctor. It's not required to have a degree of any sort to move to Thailand. Stephen Hawkin is sometimes addressed as Dr. Hawkin even though he's a PhD rather than a MD, if he moved to Chiang Mai would that offend you too?

Sorry to puncture your balloon but my medical insurance covers me on Chiropractic by a LICENSED Chiropractor. You definitely should get out more. The world is full of new things. This is a hell of a way to treat a professional person who has come to our community to retire. He has been a gentleman and should be treated as such. You sir give us a black eye in your insulting manner.

Of course that wasn’t sarcasm, what type of sick freak would joke about the affect of Quantum Physics on health and consciousness? If you google "Grant Kruhly LinkedIn" you would find an abbreviated version of his CV and see that the subjects that I mentioned are serious and real.
