I wish to report online. Does one still have to use Internet Explorer? This will be my first attempt, any advice is appreciated.

You need internet explorer or have an extension installed to emulate it on other browsers. For Chrome or Firefox IE tab works the best see https://www.ietab.net/ for info.

For more info see the pinned topic at the top of the page.

I assumed he is using windows since he mentioned IE, On a MAC you can use a user agent for IE that is already on the Safari browser.

Cheers. I never use Safari so will take a look.

After much faffing around I ended up with the traditional "Go visit your Immigration Office" message.

Would have been quicker to have gone there in the first place. biggrin.png

What a shambles.

Thanks for all the replies.

I did it for the first time today. After reading different forum threads I lodged the application around midday using Internet Explorer without hiccups. Very straight forward.

Received an email from immigration around 4pm saying it was approved. Without thinking I opened the link they provided in the email in Firefox to print the next appointment form and it worked, no issues.

Good stuff!
