Drug User Turned Trader Nabbed by the Cops in Cunning Sting

PATTAYA: -- At 7pm on the evening of June 4 the police made a significant arrest in the ongoing fight against the Yabba trade in Pattaya.

After receiving reliable information from a local source Police District Chief Officer Chakorn Kananawatta devised a cunning plan and arranged to meet with thirty-six year old Mr Wiwat Waradech, from Chachoengsao, with an offer to buy a one-gram bag of Ice.

The sting was set to take place in front of an apartment building in Soi Dundee, Central Pattaya and officers watched as Waradech rode up on a powerful motorcycle and handed over the Ice in return for an agreed 2000 Baht.

And invested in a powerfull motorbike to evade police. Would loved to have been a fly on the wall whilst the SME loans officer was reviewing the financial plan fo his new "business model".

Sounds more like the cunning kind of stories some of the drug squads back home were notorious for and probably still get away with to cover time spent doing what they weren't supposed to be doing for a shift.
