Recent Amity Experience?

Anyone here have recent experience setting up a company under the US Amity treaty?

I want to open a restaurant in Pattaya and would like to avoid the Thai nominee problem if I can by setting it up under Amity as I am a US citizen. I'm not having much luck finding companies that can do this. I know that Sunbelt Asia can do this. I sent them an email and am awaiting their response.

Right now, I'm most curious about the cost of setting it up this way compared to a Thai company, which seems very cheap.
