My Language School is offering online English classes for young learners from 5 to 13 years old, using our own web-based educational platform.

We focus on 1 on 1 English tutoring. We are recruiting part-time English teachers all year round, who can give fun and interactive English classes to our students via video-conference.

Personality and reliability is the most important thing.

No doubt you've all seen the other job offers for $3 per hour.

This job starts at $15!!!

Requirements-

1. Native English speaker from UK, USA, Canada, Australia or New Zealand.

2. Must have good communication skills and be patient, responsible and professional.

3. Must be punctual and consistent in attendance.

4. Love teaching kids (and be able to stay for at least 1 year time).

5. Candidates with teaching experience for kids would be preferred.

6. Certifications in TESOL, IELTS, TOEIC, TOEFL, TEFL or equivalent are a plus.

The benefits for joining us:

3. Attractive payment (RMB100/hour-Approx $15).The salary can go up based upon your popularity.

This is a very enjoyable and rewarding job. For online teaching and with the Thai cost of living, $15 can be a nice starting wage.

In return, we do require our teachers to be excellent with our students. After all, their parent are paying a considerable amount of money to be taught by our teachers.

You are the face of our company and that's why YOU, the teacher gets the vast majority of the money the parents pay. In some cases, the company lose money on our classes.

Why? Because we've received huge financial backing and sponsorship. We want special personalities who can really entertain kids and make them focus. You don't need a PHD to be able to do that.

We also offer a 5500B monthly bonus for good attendance and performance. We offer training, ongoing support and company progression for exception individuals who really try to make our classes special for our kids.

So, in addition to the very reasonable starting salary, training and monthly bonus, we also offer a pay rise to our teachers after 6 months.

a plus?! how about mandatory? so you will potentially have unqualified and inexperienced 'teachers' working for you?

 

sounds like an unprofessional outfit. avoid.

 

i would never learn a language from an inexperienced unqualified teacher, would you?!
