I and my wife both use facebook i never get any trouble from them but my wife has been banned about 5 times.

She made a new account yesterday giving all the truthful facts and within 30 mins she was banned again. She didn't break any rules. I see this as personal as she really hates facebook as it is becoming the gate keeper of our communications and she is not afraid to criticize them.

I am told that the Thailand facebook is very conservative, Where as people tell me they are more relaxed in other countries and not so picky.

We want to take them to court for continual harassment victimization and bullying. They keep saying in their messages that the account has been hacked or they need to verify who she is. Can anyone recommend a good lawyer in Thailand as I am sick of them picking on her and their bullying tactics. I am also aware that this situation is not uncommon in South East Asia.

If she 'really hates Facebook' why would she care or want an account? My wife is Thai, she's had Facebook for 5 years and has never been banned. To be banned 5 times is highly unusual. Tell your wife to create a new email address and not to give out her password to anyone. I'm stumped.

For you people who must work for facebook. This is a fantastic communications tool run by morons. She has little choice and you need to be criticizing facebook not supporting it. Everybody should be allowed free speech.

If she's surreptitiously created additional accounts after the first suspension that is yet another violation of the terms of service. Not hard to figure that one out.

Let me know how suing Facebook works out for you. Actually if you find a lawyer to take the case let me know his name so I can avoid engaging him altogether.

Thanks in advance

9) You will not post inflammatory messages on the forum, or attempt to disrupt discussions to upset its participants, or trolling. Trolling can be defined as the act of purposefully antagonizing other people on the internet by posting controversial, inflammatory, irrelevant or off-topic messages with the primary intent of provoking other users into an emotional response or to generally disrupt normal on-topic discussion.

I think the OP will need to find his answer to his wife's Facebook problems elsewhere.
