Land Lease Agreement In Thai

Does anyone have an example of a 30 year land lease agreement in Thai? Or know where to find one on the web? I have one in English, but would like a Thai one, as we are off to the land office next week.

I did post a similar request buried in another thread, but no one picked it up. I'm sure a lot of people have done this, so an example must surely exist somewhere.

From memory sunbelt will do you a full land lease for under Bht10K (Thai and English with any of your own specific provisions written into the lease).

So, how much is your property worth and are you willing to put that at risk for not having spent Bht10K?

Using a lease written in a language you can't read and from an unknown source is perhaps one of riskiest things you could do.
