One third of coral reefs around Vietnam’s popular diving destination bleached

HANOI: -- About one-quarter of coral reefs off Vietnam’s famous resort island of Con Dao has bleached suspected to be caused by warm water, making them vulnerable to a massive die-off, Than Nien News Online reported quoting local officials.

Thailand falls to 49th on World Bank's Ease of Doing Business ranking

Suspicions of ransom money paid to ASG for four Malaysian hostages ziphoned by officials

Health officials raid Simummuang market to check unsafe food

Phuket school issues apology over student injury, teacher behaviour

PHUKET: -- Kajonkiet Thalang School has issued a formal apology over claims made against two teachers following two parents last week filing a police complaint about the treatment of their 7-year-old son, who needed stitches to close a head wound sustained during swimming practice at the school.

Kasikorn Research Center says Brexit not overly significant for Thailand

BANGKOK — The Office of Auditor-General said he wanted to give it another try in the effort to hold the authorities accountable for wasting up millions of baht on bogus bomb detectors sold by a British conman.
