What is a guy of that age doing out at 1.30am?

Why, is there a curfew on? He has just as much a right to be out at night as anyone. Perhaps going to 7/11 or someone's home, or .... But blame the victim is a common theme on TV.

He was a street vendor, they work late here.

When are they going to start doing something about people leaving the scene of a crime? I just don't get it. Nobody wants to take responsibility for their actions. Just run and lie and hide~man up and stop being losers!

What does it matter but more importantly why shouldn't he be out at any time he bloody pleases?

Of course he can, but is he going to be able to take care of himself? We all know the dangers in Pattaya at that time.
