Hi Guys.Quick question.A friend has to go and get a 30 day visa extension next week.He is paranoid he might have a arrest warrent out for him.He will not say what for but i suspect as per usual he may be over dramatising things lets see.If he does have a warrent will he get picked up at immigration? Do they check all that out in there system before giving a visa? Cheers

I don't think he has anything to worry about unless it is for a serious crime.

    I might add the warrent would be from inside thailand.

    If there is a warrant, and the police have notified immigration, he would be detained when applying for the extension.
