Omega 3 fortified foods

Featured Replies

I'm not a fan of fish and the omega 3s in plants have a conversion problem to the end nutrient that the body actually uses. A nice in between for me has been buying omega 3 fortified foods. There is a good brand of eggs, about 10 for 75 baht. I forget the brand name but I think each egg contains 250 mg of Dha and 100 of EPA.

Jif peanut butter also has a omega three version. The net omega three content is very low though, about 30 mg.

What other omega 3 foods have you seen in Thailand?

Cod liver oil capsules is one of the best ways to consume Omega 3.

Just take one a day and eat normally.

MeadowLear Canola Omega 3 spread

Broccoli

Extra Virgin Olive Oil
