pumping is only a bandaid solution....why did they fill up? Are you discharging laundry water into your tank? How many persons live in your household? I lived with onr 4 years in the US and two years here, and never pumped either. I even had to tell the guy to go away here, because I didn't need him, but he had been several times before I bought...there was an air freshener lodged in the toilet is why they thought they needed pumping.
