Featured Replies

Hi guys i just got a New Non-b Visa (change from TR visa) Yet to get Work permit. Document ready applying next week. Here's the problem i am ask to attend an meeting in Myanmar on 17-24 July. My question is:

1.How long does it take to get my work permit approved?

2. Can i apply my work permit and i leave for my meeting?

3. or it is better for me apply when i am back but my Single Entry Non-B Expire on 31st august will i have enough time with 5 week to apply for Work permit & extension of stay?

Please advice thanks

You will need to get a single re-entry permit (1000 baht) to keep the remainder of your 90 day entry valid when your return from your trip.

1. That depends upon the office where you apply.

2. Yes

3. You should have plenty of time to get your work permit. You will not be able to apply for the extension until the last 30 days of your 90 day entry.
