Im got one clear page left in my passport .

but there is free space for stamps on different pages .

can be any difficulties to get tourists visa at Vientiane for that last blank page?

Unless you are a national qualifying for visa exempt entry to enter Laos you will need two blank pages for the Laos and Thai visas.
