Tailor who will do high quality alternations to a suit

I'm going to be in Bangkok for 3 nights later this month and wanted to have a suit altered and possibly a new suit made. I've read through old posts and see quite a few recommendations for tailors but wonder if any of them will alter store bought suits. Tailors won't alter suits they didn't make in the Asian country I live in right now. Optimally, I would get my suit there too.

I had a couple of suits altered at Beethoven on the corner of Sukhumvit Soi 26. Taking in at the waist was about Bt 500 and shortening the sleeves as well was Bt 1500. They did a decent job.
