FYI - I just did this in Phnom Penh, with 4 previous visa-entries in the current passport.  At Lucky Lucky I was offered to show either outgoing ticket or a bank statement.  I provided a Bangkok Bank statement (they copied the full bank-book).  I received my tourist-visa without issue. 

 

I asked if I could do it again in 3 months.  They said that if I had a balance above $1000 USD in the account, it should be fine.  Of course, things could change in 3 months, so I will give them a call the week before the next trip.

    Yes you can. The visa will be valid for 3 months from the issue date. That means you can make your 1 entry anytime during that 3 months. Even if you delayed your entry to the last day you would be gr
