Non Immigrant O multi

Featured Replies

My Non-Immigrant O Multiple Entry Visa says ENTER BEFORE 04.08.2016.

Does that mean so long I enter before that date I can stay 90 days.

Before this 90 days expire can I go to an Immigration Office eg. Jomtien and get it extended and under what conditions? Iam German Citizen 73 years old, retired and my wife is Philippina.

Do a border run before 4th August and get 90 days.

You are not entitled to anything at Immigration.

So before this 90 days expire eg. 04.11.16 , I cannot go to immigration pay 1900 Baht and get another 90 days, I have to leave the country.?

You could apply for a one year extension of stay based upon retirement if you can meet the financial requirements during the last 30 days of the 90 day entry.

You will need 800k baht in a Thai bank for 60 days or proof of 65k baht income proven by a letter from your embassy or a combination of the two totaling 800k baht.

After you get the extension your wife could get a extension as your dependent. She would need a non-o visa entry tor apply for it.

You can only get permission to stay for another 90 days by leaving and returning before the visa expires.

If you want to extend your stay for 1 year that is available from your local immigration office as per Ubonjoe's post.
