what money is taxed 2024 ?
Another sad individual that does not understand or comprehend that an International agreement, not only trumps Thai domestic law ( including Thai Tax Law ) but takes precedent over it. That International Agreement is called CRS Thailand signed up to that, with the publication of the Royal decree on 31 March 2023. No new laws, or changes to any laws are required. It was done and dusted with the publication of the Royal Decree. Just like DTA's ( International Agreements ) Trump and take precedent over Thai Domestic tax Law. Perhaps Thailand will come to understand that signing up to it wasn't such a great idea after all, and withdraw from it, but until such times as that it does, it will comply with CRS. And part of that is having Foreign Income declared, to ensure tax compliance and no engagement in tax evasion. Hence the UK's SA106 and all the other forms that CRS Countries use. -

Thai Village in Shock as 100-Year-Old Tree Crushes Teen Motorcyclist
It's got to suck that your nickname is the same as the thing that killed your best friend and took your leg. I wonder if she'll change it. -

world wide income taxation update
Including all the LTR categories, there have only been 6,000ish visas issued in 28 months (from Sept 22 until Dec 2024). If it wan’t declining, there would be no need to ease the requirements. “As of the end of 2024, the BOI has already granted LTR visas to more than 6,000 applicants. Europe leads the list with 2,500 recipients, followed by the United States (1,080), Japan (610), China (340), and India (280).” https://www.prnewswire.com/apac/news-releases/thailand-approves-update-of-long-term-resident-ltr-visas-criteria-and-conditions-to-attract-a-wider-range-of-foreign-experts-investors-and-executives-302351256.html#:~:text=As of the end of,to more than 6%2C000 applicants. With respect, and acknowledgment that is a great visa for those who have it , the LTR program has been a complete flop from the stated perspective of attracting new long term residents to Thailand. Approx 4000 (number excluding dependents) granted in 2.5 years, very low numbers. Judging by the posts on the forum, most of these to people who were already living in Thailand under a different visa. Not at all the aim of the program . It wasnt designed to make it easier for people already living here to stay. It was aimed to attract NEW "high potential" residents. It has failed to do this. The DTV has been much more successful from a numbers view, with 3x+ the approvals already, despite only being available for a few months. -

Labour must stop handing millions to Pakistan which blocks Return of Child Sex Offenders
Pakistan is independent today because the United States put an end to the British Empire by forcing the UK to pay back the war loans and thereby crippling the ability of the UK to keep its empire. It’s ’a special relationship’ don’t you know.- 1

The abrupt welcome on my 3rd Visa Exempt
I was mostly replying to the OP's statement which is: "Sorry, you don't get the meaning of my post ,why be spoken to like I am a piece of Sh,,,t Kind Regards Popa." I believe, from reading his posts, that this perceived "attitude" he noticed, whether it existed or not, is the real complaint here. (Although, I may be mistaken.)
