Made the mistake of taking the memsahib to see Casino Royale and now its Dlaniel Claig this and Dlaniel Claig that 24/7. There's even talk of Tarqers being made to put on the dress suit hanging in his closet from a previous existence. The scene where he emerges from the sea showing a ahem barely concealed weapon also gets frequent mention.

Just wondered what you ladies thought about it all?

the first time i saw this guy i was like "you have got to be kidding me"... i didn't think he would be right for bond at all... he seems so normal and nondescript at first. but since then i have seena couple interviews with him and previews for the film (not seen the film yet), and i find him more and more sexy. there is definitely something about him. from what i have heard, he actually makes a great bond.

*sigh*...

He has NO ASS!

Depending on what he was wearing he looked "meatless".

He has an odd nose and...

He is pint sized.

Apart from that his lips looked kissable.. but he is not really good looking. More of that Tommy Lee Jones I am not good looking but if you stare at me long enough you might change your mind.

I found the movie to be very un- James Bond-ish. Just another action flick without the James bond action you would expect. And his co-star had some ugly hands. They could have at least given her finger nails.

Wasn't she here in Bangkok during the film festival, signing autographs?

Saw the movie just this afternoon and originaly I thought he would be one of the disappointing Bonds, but he pulls it off very well I thought and is a good new Bond.

The first scenes after the black and white 'how Bond got started' really cement it in, think it was done on purpose to provide maximum action straight up and make you feel wow.

Also, anyone else who has seen it, did anyone else notice a 'billionaire' in there making a very fleeting scene ? It was so fleeting that it may not have been him, but considering his product is flaunted in the movie twice, he may have got a tiny tiny part. Have to wait to see the dvd and slow it down to confirm.

Have seen Casino Royale--best Bond movie of all in my opinion. Previously my favorite was Never Say Never Again. Daniel Craig is great for the role! It doesn't hurt that he looks a bit like my DH either.... :o

Thanks for the pic, Totster.
