I would like to spend my retirement in Thailande, so I'll use a O-A Visa

I'll do it with my wife and my son (both French)

My wife will do nothing (as usual ) and my sonwill be student at international school

Do they have each a different visa ?

Or do they will be on mine?

They will need to get single entry non-o visas when you apply for your OA visa at the embassy in Paris.
Then after they get here they can apply for extensions as your dependents at a immigration office. Their extensions will be equal in length to the remainder of the one year entry you will get on arrival on the date they apply for the extensions.

So My wife and my son will need a O visa to come with me, and when we'll be in thailande we'll ask for extensions

And after ,at the end off the "one year" can they 'll have another extensions for one year as I will ?

Or do they change for another visa like ED for my son for example ?

The can get extensions for the last one year entry you can get just before the enter before date on your visa.
Before the end of the 2nd year you can apply for a one year extension based upon retirement and they can then get dependent extension based upon it.
