PM told foreign governments not to be too worried with referendum

BANGKOK: -- Prime Minister Prayut Chan-ocha assured foreign governments that there is no need for them to be worried and to issue travel advisories for their citizens to avoid visiting Thailand or take special caution while visiting Thailand during the referendum because the army is taking care of the situation to maintain peace and order.

Court rejects bail for ex-Pheu Thai MP and associates

Crucial meeting scheduled next Tuesday after referendum

Vans to be moved out of the Victory Monument on trial basis during Sep 21-28

BANGKOK: -- Inter-provincial passenger vans which have been parking illegally around the Victory Monument will be temporarily relocated to three selected sites on trial basis during September 21-28, said Colonel Suvit Katesri, chairman of an ad hoc committee tasked with setting a new order for passenger van service.

Fuel prices down, E85 remains unchanged on Friday

Bangchak and PTT annonced the decrease of fuel prices by 30 satang/litre except E85 effective 5am Friday.

The retail price of oil will be down 30 satang per litre except E85 price will remain unchanged.

 

The new prices are:

ULG 95              29.66 baht
Gasohol 95       22.55 baht
Gasohol 91       22.28 baht
Gasohol E85   16.49 baht
Diesel               22.79 baht

LEEDS – 19 year-old British backpacker, Natalie Cook  has been left “extremely traumatised” after plunging from a waterfall in Kamphaeng Phet, Thailand, suffering deep cuts and breaking several major bones before being carried out of the jungle by her fellow tourists.
