Since Airlines allows and provide counter payments for online booking , we choose said option today for our next visa trip. But, we didnt receive any itinerary or pay code as in the past always worked easy, though wit another airline. ( Nokair )

Anybody ever had similar problems, especially with Air Asia ? If we try to book the same flight again, it clearly says that" same item was already added"....

No SMS , no email for payment code received within one hour....?

21 hours and no reply?

 

All I can suggest is try using a different browser. This was a problem when using Firefox with AirAsia a few years ago but I haven't had any problems recently

UPDATE : Just went to the Air  Asia Office Branch at Tha Phae Gate,next Starbucks, explained the situation and they found my bookings in the system, still on hold within the 24 h. Received   Payment code for 7/11 and everything is fine.
