So long as you are not involved in the business in any way (possibly even answering the door) you should have no issues whatever.

You have an extension/permission to stay based upon either marriage or retirement.

Your wife decides to open a beauty salon in the house where you both live.

Why should that conflict with your permission to stay?  Just don`t act as an employee and leave the business part to her.
