muffy653
There is a place on the new bypass road that runs alongside the airport. It is on the left side of the road heading towards the flyover at Home Pro. It is after you go over the river bridge by the government offices/schools and just before the next set of lights at the crossroads. There is also a site on the road towards Wiang Chai if you take the left turn at the above mentioned lights. Make sure it is the first left turn for Wiang Chai not the second one. Manassas
I was curious about those houses. Have seen displays along various highways. Please report back if you get the specs.
Rotweiler
Perhaps you should just stop in at one the the new moo-baans. They all have sales-offices.
JAG
There is a sales lot opposite the side entrance to Santi Vithaya School, on Mittrahap Road.
gk10002000
Those types of constructs have had modest success here in the USA. The idea is sound. Build the house well in a factory with no weather or other issues to get in the way. Easy to standardize, train the workforce for repeating the job, etc. However, I suspect the industry won't get a big foot hold in Thailand because they like to put 3x as many people on a job as necessary. If too many pre fab houses start happening, somebody will raise an eyebrow, local zoning and installation permit issues will pop up, etc. having said that, if the right Thai Mogul builds up his business or industry and has the right connections he could make a lot of money. Deliver stuff on time and under budget
