Good article similar to many others in the region and simply states the Thai basketcase as it is. I am not sure why it warrants being called an intelligent view though... although I guess there's always those foreigners that fully subscribe to this 'special democracy' hokum and still use the word 'quaint' when describing things here.

 

Anyway, read it quick as I am fairly confident it will be locked or simply disappear.
