Essential requirements:

1. English Class

- Native speaking lecturers from a Western country.

- Bachelor degree (minimum) - English / Linguistics major preferred.

2. Taxation

- Native/Thai lecturers

- Bachelor degree (minimum) – Business Administration (Taxation) or related filed.

3. Any subjects

- Native or Thai lecturers who teach in English language.

- Bachelor degree (minimum)

 

Description of the position:

1. Paid - 1 class (minimum 45 hrs. x 800 baht = Total 36,000 baht/class)

2. Schedule - Normal teaching (3 hrs. weekly) or blocked teaching (a lecture can manage own schedule but a class must reach minimum. 45 hours)

3. All classes are held in modern, air con rooms with up to date technology.

Who wants to reside in Bkk?  The job offers should have added 'hardship pay' for having to put up with smog, flooding, gridlock, dearth of parks.

 

Also, the OP sounds like an advert.  I thought adverts were not allowed in Thai visa, and were instead supposed to be posted in classifieds.
