Hi folks - seeking advice about extending a visa excemption in Chiang Mai

 

Whereabouts is the Immigration office in CM nowadays? It where it used to be out nearby the airport or is it at the Promenada mall? Or maybe both places? And if so - where is the most conveniant place to go? (I have my own transportation)

 

And how long before the visa excemption expires can one extend it?
