For someone is  an chicken can be eagle ..

but what about the steak can be more detail.

WHERE do you find it??? Open secret.

I just find  roasted meat and  if its beef its very poor quality.. pork so so..

Is it just me (and I accept that it could be), or do all eggs here taste of fish??

I'll only eat eggs nowadays if they're mixed with mayonnaise, or something else that changes the taste to a certain extent.

After living for more than 2 and a half years in Thailand and having Thai food on a daily basis, now Persian food tastes too bland for me. Last time I visited Iran I lost a couple of kilos in two weeks. Even now that I'm in Singapore I still crave Thai food all the time. Luckily I learned to cook a few Thai dishes to survive. Thai food in Singapore sucks!

What about Golden Mile in Beach Road? A lot of local housewives and erm, working type girls doing Thai stuff and making their Som Tum and various local regional dishes, mostly Isaan stuff

I have friends that 'don't like Thai food' but I point out you'd eat Chinese takeaway back in the west so why not eat fried rice or pad see ew, it's not spicy, it's just bloody rice! Grilled meats, fish, not spicy (dipping sauces though) but nope, they won't have it, sit there with their pork chop and mash potatoes

A few of my family won't eat rice or seafood or fish. All they eat is english home cooking. My brother in law is the most boring person in the world when it comes to food but he enjoys non spicy Tom Yum Kung with a couple of slices of bread...

Some people eat to live, others live to eat.

Cheese made in Thailand -- try Imperial. Also a lot of hotels and restaurants in Pattaya buy locally made cheese. My mate makes it.

As for beef, learn the subtle art of tenderizing. Then add lots of cajun spice. :)

Sorry - double post
