SCARCITY of Car no1 insurance for over 70years of age

Featured Replies

Can anybody recommend an Insurance company which accepts a policy for drivers over 70 years of age.

Many seem to have discrimination against we oldies.

I can only assume that if you take up insurance with a company before the age of 70 then you can continue with them, sort of the same as illness insurance. Have you tried filling out the online forms to be found, such as http://www.moneyguru.co.th/en/car-insurance?gclid=Cj0KEQjw7Ne_BRDRmP2ojKfzv98BEiQAPuqPyYIhupT9mzQFHp08DAYCxnRkp0uYH3XMZZCCzqGZ8wEaAk388P8HAQ

? The best insurance company seems to vary from place to place and for myself I don't want some anonymous voice at the end of a telephone representing me but somebody that I have actually met. I am with Virayah, aged 68, from experience and asking around, they seem to be a good company. I certainly won't be thinking about changing having read your post. Good luck.

Just put the vehicle license and insurance in your partners/wife's name if you have one and live in Thailand

i do and it also saves the hassle of getting letters when required from immigration when buying
