I am not sure if the gold bank off Pattaya south road changes dong or indeed if it's still open? I will try the airport on Friday but would prefer to change before then. Any help appreciated. Unless you are willing to take a really miserable rate keep it till your next trip there or find someone who is going there and do a deal with them. lemel Posted September 26, 2016 Author Share Posted September 26, 2016 Thank you 'Overherebc', I will not be going back to Vietnam, and I do realise that it is difficult to change outside of Vietnam, that is why I am asking if anyone knows of anywhere that will change it or like you say anyone who may be going there and would like a good deal.
