Notarization services for real estate sale at US Embassy
Actually, I discovered that there are numerous online notaries now that are accepted in most states in the US including Florida. You do a video conference with a notary, upload your identification papers, fill in the forms online, and you'll get the documents returned in a pdf via email with the notarization seal. The going rate seems to be $25 for the first seal, $10 each for any others and $10 or $15 per witness when needed. A real estate attorney might also be able to provide the same service in case you're using one. The embassy, by the way, is practically useless. You need a month lead time, $50 per seal, you've got to find your own witnesses and they each have to have their own appointments. Thanks US government. -

Your US doctor is talking nonsense. I had Rezum over 2 years ago. It was done in Bangkok. Once the Foley catheter was removed (the most discomfort of the entire procedure), it was and still is plain sailing. No pain, absolutely zero leakage, zero erectile dysfunction, zero retrograde ejeaculation and 6-7 hours uninterrupted sleep most nights. -

I think that is a highly dubious statement. Not having kids doesn't mean infertility. Non working married women do get a pension on the death of their husband, or so I believe. While he's alive, they will get the extra marriage allowance.
