What is the procedure to notify immigration of a change of address?

Well I am very sorry I forgot about the TM28......But, I told you to tell your place of residence to inform immigration that you are residing there....If you do not and they have a visit...4000bht...They will give you the bill as they didn't know............Now if you want to talk negative to folk who are really posting to help then you should get your head in gear and think a little.....

You did not help, your head was not in gear and you did not think, what you posted was wrong, misleading and could have caused many problems for all concerned.
