O-a long stay visa

I presently hold an O-A long stay visa which will require renewal in September.  Can anyone tell me what info i will need in order to get the extension.  I have all my paper work from my original application and have been transfering the required monies on a monthly basis to the Bangkok Bank.  The reason i am asking this early is that i am presently in the Uk having had to return due to a family illness , and can bring any further paperwork with me.

Wife, her ID/Home Register & copies, your passport & copies w TM card.  Bank book & copies plus letter from bank.  New photo for TM-7 and 500 baht.  You will probably not need detailed income paperwork as long as they see incoming transfers or photos like normally wanted the first time.  Would not hurt to bring your home bank statements with you if you don't get them online here but don't believe they will be needed.  But am of the more is better camp so always try to have more than enough.
