I know that before they only needed 200k in the bank or 20kin monthly income for an Retirement Extension. And that some people got the "grandfathered rule" What year did it change to 800k or 65k in income? And are there still people here that use the older 200k ?

The 800K requirement applies for people entering the country from 21 Oct 1998.   If you entered before 21 Oct 1998 and meet certain criteria the requirement is less.  See below snapshot, subparagraph 6, from Immigration Police Order  777/2551, Criteria for Consideration of Granting an Alien Extension of Stay in the Kingdom.

What is the 6b that say 500k in the bank or 50k in income? And how can you be less than 60 years old if you already had an retirement extension 1998?

Expect that rule was applicable during the transition period to the higher 800k amount.
