My kids attend high school in BKK and obtained a 1 year visa from a Thai consulate, showing the enrollment papers from the school.

But they only can stay 90 days and then have to make a visa run. Is there an option to extend these 90 days without leaving the country? Do I have to take the kids out from school 1 day and report at immigration in person? We are living in Samut Prakan. Which immigration office is in charge for us?

With supporting documents from the school the children could obtain one year extensions of stay at immigration. The extension could be applied for during the last 30 days of their current 90 day entry.

The extensions would be applied for at the Samut Prakan immigration office.
