BANGKOK: -- A FOREIGNER has been detained on suspicion of having links to terror networks or the gang providing fake passports to suspects involved in the Erawan Shrine bomb blast.

 

The male foreigner, Kwak Ti Ha, was arrested with two Myanmar women at a house in the border province of Tak yesterday. 

Immigration Police, in collaboration with the Armed Forces Security Centre (AFSC) and a local military task force, surrounded and raided the house in the heart of Tak's Mae Sot district after receiving a tip.
