al007
I have had reason to consult many doctors over the last week or so From one consultation especially the first a lot of information can be obtained Do not be scared of the big hospitals make sure you say you have no insurance I saw a top consultant ay the Bumrugrad, a place I almost feared to enter, I did not ask how much because it was the opinion I wanted, I would not have complained if the bill had been 8000/10000 batt it was only 800, and I asked and got a copy of all his notes, true value for money A doctor at my local hospital costs 300 batt, but then if I see the same man at say the Ram or Bangkok hospital it is three times the cost, for the same advice Also many doctors have their own consulting rooms even better costs So I say go check various opinions which you can do at reasonable cost before deciding where to go for treatement, a very different story
